Build the institution South Sudan deserves.
We hire for competence, integrity, and proximity to the communities we serve.
Why this work. Why here.
ALDO offers something rare in the sector: the chance to build a national institution from its foundations, with the professional standards of the international system and the accountability of a community organization. Our teams work close to the field, decide close to the evidence, and answer to the people programs are meant to serve.
We recruit South Sudanese talent first, invest in staff development deliberately, and hold every role, from field officer to director, to the same safeguarding and integrity standards. Salaries are fair, expectations are high, and the mission is not abstract: you will see it from the office door.
Safeguarding in recruitment. All offers are conditional on background and reference checks, and every member of staff signs and is trained on our Child Safeguarding and PSEA policies. We have zero tolerance for sexual exploitation, abuse, and corruption.

Eighty percent of ALDO's staffing is field based. Supporting our people is the most direct investment in results there is.
