Who we are. The Agrarian Livelihoods Development Organization (ALDO) is a national NGO registered in the Republic of South Sudan, with its office at Hai Mauna, Juba. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, aligned with GDPR-equivalent standards of protection.

What we collect. We collect only the information you choose to give us: your name, organization, email address, and message content when you use our contact form or newsletter signup, and your phone number when you contact us by WhatsApp or telephone.

How we use it. We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, process your donation, send the newsletter you subscribed to, or consider your application. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Ever.

Analytics. This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate visitor patterns. No analytics data is used to identify individuals.

Retention and security. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was given, protect it with access controls and encryption in transit, and restrict access to authorized staff.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@aldoss.org. We respond within thirty days.

Children. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data online. Our field-level child safeguarding standards are described on the About page.
